Questions & Answers

Question 1: I joined a GPT survey site and my referrer told me I will not have to join anything else or buy anything yet when I click on an ad banner thats all I see is offers to buy stuff I do not want, so how am I making money and not spending with this?
Answer: Your forgetting one simple thing, you joined a site that is offering you an incentive to take the survey. Before you click a banner advertisement look to see how much the GPT site is offering you. For example a GPT site may offer you 40 cents to open a banner advertising let say shoes. That 40 cents is your goal, then there should be some instructions like "user must reach the final steps or final offers page and click on two offers to be rewarded incentive" (they usually are "silver' gold" platinum") This is your "end game", do as the instructions asked, go through the survey, click no to everything that has a yes/no, click on any two ads one at a time, keep each ad open for 30 seconds (if using windows click on the time of day in the lower right corner, this will open a window with a clock) then your done, click out of the survey and then click the button that say's "pending" or "send to pending" or anything similar. Thats it!

Question 2: During a survey I come to a page of about 30 ad's, I say no to everything but I get a message saying "you must say yes to at least one ad" I dont want any of this stuff, How do I go on to get the incentive?
Answer: Okey, say yes to one and submit, You will still have the opportunity to say no in the very next page. Say no & continue on.

Question 3: I did several surveys and got bombarded with telemarketer calls, how do I get them to stop?
Answer: Before starting any site where you need to fill out forms with you info you should first get on the "do not call list". Do a google to find out how. Next get a free voice mail phone number, I use http://www.K7.net (not sure but I think this is USA only), use the number on all the forms you fill out, you will never hear a telemarketer again!

Question 4: I joined a GPT site and now Im getting a ton of junk email, What do I do?
Answer: Never use your primary email address, for this very reason use a second email address, in fact it is recommended that you use gmail.com or yahoo.com or hotmail.com I like to use GMX.com. It's free and unlimited, I found this new one gmx.com it is much easier to use however you have to go to "security" and disable the spam blocker. It's is also recommended to create a new email address every day. Warning: When you create a new email address sometimes the name you want to use is already in use and the email company may suggest something like this You want to use "johndoe@hotmail.com" But it's already in use and hotmail suggests "john.doe@hotmail.com" "an extra dot in the address" DO NOT ACCEPT! Think of something else with only letters and numbers in it "johndoe2000@hotmail.com" and so on. For some reason the advertisers consider the extra dot as "obscene" and you will never get approved. Sounds crazy but true.

Question 5: Im doing surveys but very few are getting approved, Im doing all this work and not getting paid for my effort, what's wrong?
Answer:
There could be many reason's but I will respond with a few reason's that may be of help. One reason could be your email address has been taged as having already done the survey, create a new email account, delete the pending survey and try it again. Another reason could be you have already done the survey at another GPT site. If you belong to several GPT's you cant do the same survey again at another GPT site and get paid again. Not only will it not approve but you could get banned from both sites. Another reason could be some survey's dont want you to do more then one or two It's recommended that if you do multi GPT's then keep a log of what survey's you did at what sites. sometime's its good to take note of the survey's ID or name and let that one approve before doing another from the same company. Contact the support system at the GPT site and ask what surveys do this. Firehouseoffers has a awsome support system. Another reason may be you didnt delete your cookies and empty your temporary internet files. You should do this after doing "each" survey. If your using internet explorer as your browser a good tool to add is C-cleaner. I will be adding a banner link to this blog. Caution tho, when you download it "uncheck" the box that will also download a "yahoo tool bar" You wont want all the other crap that comes along with it. If you still have problems getting approvals try a different browser such as firefox.
Lastly, You must enable cookies and turn off your pop-up blocker. WHAT! Yep if your not allowing the advertisers to send you pop-ups then they will not approve your effort. Dont worry there are not very many and the same few may pop-up again but you can just [x] out of them and they do stop. I will add more reasons as I think of them.

Question 6:I started a survey, went through the whole thing and came to a "Final Offers" page that says to finish the survey I must do 2 silver 2 gold and 4 platinum offers, do I realy have to take these offers?
Answer: No, just do as the GPT site instructed you to do, my FHO usually say's do at least 2 offers in the final offers page, this just means open two ad's one at a time and stay in each ad for 30 seconds. Some GPT sites may word an instruction like "Email Submit" "Offer converts with a simple email submit" Go beyond just submitting your email, fill out the form on the second page, and on the 3rd page click the [x] which should take you to the S/G/P final offers page and do one ad for 30 seconds, this has worked for me over & over again.

Question 7: My GPT survey site state's that finished surveys will stay in "pending" for 10 days then be deleted. Well several surveys I did not only stayed in pending for the 10 days and I was not approved but I am now blocked from doing the survey again, Is this a normal policy?
Answer: Dont wait the 10 days, if your survey effort has not approved in 3 days, delete it yourself, and do the survey again using a different email address. All the GPT sites I belong to allow this to be done, if they dont then that may not be a legit GPT site. (update) Unfortunately FHO has taken this feature out, Now FHO does this for you.

Question 8: I joined a site and heard about referrals, what are referrals and how do I get them?
Answer: Referrals are people you refer to the site you have joined. By joining "under" you, you get paid a percent of what your referral makes at the site. That's as long as your referral is "active" in the program. You can get referrals by looking (google) for discussion forums. If you go the forum route be sure to see if they allow this kind of activity. Try and message the admin of your GPT site and ask "how do I find ACTIVE referrals to join my downline".

Advice: There are higher paying incentive's in most of these sites, some pay in dollars. In order to collect the GPT site incentive some may require a credit card. If you should choose to do these offers be sure to use only a bank issued card and not a "pre paid" credit card. The reason is pre paid cards can be cancled before the advertiser has a chance to collect the fee, so pre paid cards will be rejected, some advertiser's even consider it fraud so be careful.

Robo Form: When you do a survey/offer you are on a timer, if you are using robo form to fill out form's with one click then going to the next page then you are not staying in the survey long enough and you wont get approved, not even if all the info is correct. Do not use robo form.
